[Openstack-mentoring] Is Outreachy project: Extend image service support in OpenStack Horizon Closed to new applicants?

Hello Tatiana, I am Mike, an outreachy applicant that is interested in contributing to OpenStack Horizon. However, from the outreachy projects page, I have seen as if this project is currently closed to new applicants. Is this true or I have misunderstood this whole situation? Best regards, Mike
