For those who likes to keep system clean, Rally team is happy to say that Docker images with Rally are automatically published to docker hub now. 

Repo with images is here: 

https://hub.docker.com/u/rallyforge/rally/

In repo you can find images for: 

1) Every release - image name is the same as release tag

2) Master image - it is updated on every merge to Rally repo.
