Hello, I was fixing some misspelled words in the neutron project and I have a question about the .pot and .po files. I know the .po files ares generated from the .pot file, and because of that I ask: Do I have to fix the words in the .pot and .po files? Or maybe fixing the .pot, next time the .po files are generated they will be fixed? Thanks, Regards, Gabriel
Hi, Gabriel I will suggest you to report a bug and fix these typos in the source files. Those .pot files are generated by some scripts. If the source files are not fixed, when generating .pot, the typos will still be there. Regards Ying Chun Guo (Daisy) Gabriel Wainer <gabrielcw@gmail.com> wrote on 2013/07/29 08:33:06:

Hi, As Daisy said, it is the best way to report a bug. Have you find typos in the release version (Grizzly) or the development version? If they are in the release version, we need to discuss a process of fixing .pot and .pot files though. pot and po files are synced with the development version at now. This is one of the topics in I18N team. Thanks, Akihiro On Mon, Jul 29, 2013 at 9:33 AM, Gabriel Wainer <gabrielcw@gmail.com> wrote:

Thank you for the answers. I understand, the only manner that will work is to change the source of the .pot file, looks obvious now :). I found those issues on the development version indeed. Thanks, Gabriel. On Mon, Jul 29, 2013 at 12:47 AM, Akihiro MOTOKI <amotoki@gmail.com> wrote:
