Questions on new user registration failure in translate.openstack.org
Hello Alex and Patrick, I am very thankful your your all and kind support on Zanata - translate.openstack.org :) Now I have a question on some authentication part in translate.openstack.org . As you might have already noticed, I18n team will have one important Hands-on Workshop session during Boston Summit on this Wednesday [1]. Yesterday, I met a Chinese OpenStack contributor and I asked her to also join in translate.openstack.org. However, she could not proceed to register in translate.openstack.org although she already had registered www.openstack.org account and signed ICLA. I was trying to find some log messages in Zanata but I did not know how to see some log messages. Would you investigate in this important authentication problem? It might imply that many participants on this Wednesday for Hands-on Workshop session will not able to register their accounts in Zanata, and now I am too much worried about this worst case. If we might need actual server logs in the production server, please tell me then I will ask this to infra team members. With many thanks, /Ian [1] https://www.openstack.org/summit/boston-2017/summit-schedule/events/18387/i1...
Now I am attaching a screenshot - I have just asked one Ubuntu Korea community member (in fact he is the leader in Ubuntu community who is usually online - LoL) to register a new Zanata account since I thought that he did not register any account in Zanata, but he has seen the same error message. With many thanks, /Ian Ian Y. Choi wrote on 5/8/2017 7:34 PM:

Ian, To allow me to check, what is her username and email used? Also, can she login to https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/profile? that is the authentication engine Zanata is using for /translate.openstack.org On Mon, May 8, 2017 at 9:02 PM, Ian Y. Choi <ianyrchoi@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Alex, I think this issue is finally fixed by the infra team caused by a full disk on the zanata vm. Email service was not able to send registrations out. kind regards Frank Am 2017-05-09 23:38, schrieb Alex Eng:
