The Admin Guide Cloud has been converted to RST and the team is doing the final review now. I've created a new resource admin-guide-cloud-rst for translation and synced the existing matching translations over. We will soon remove the old admin-guide-cloud - and afterwards move admin-guide-cloud-rst to admin-guide-cloud. For now I suggest to not touch these guides and wait until we're finished with the final cleanup.
