Re: [OpenStack-I18n] [OpenStack-docs] stable/newton created, publishing frozen for now
Hello, Andreas Jaeger wrote on 11/13/2016 3:52 AM:
Zanata now has a stable-newton version for openstack-manuals, and this version can be seen in https://translate.openstack.org/project/view/openstack-manuals and https://translate.openstack.org/iteration/view/openstack-manuals/stable-newt... . i18n team will translate backported guides (common, install-guide, networking-guide) in stable-newton instead of master for translation plan and priority during Ocata cycle. Thank you all kind help and communication, especially Andreas and Olena! With many thanks, /Ian
Hello translators! Although stable/newton job was created about a week ago, newton translated documentation were not generated because of a critical bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1642458 . Andreas finally fixed this bug. Thanks a lot! Today, I have checked nice progress on newton (and also some master) documents for some languages. (See details for my review today: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/i18n-translation-status-documentation ) Then I think it is a good time to check and update all language index pages. Now I am proposing a patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/399940/ . http://docs.openstack.org/draft/draft-index.html page will have all draft translated pages with more than 75% progress. (If some pages are missing, please review the patch or add by a separated patch.) After the successful language team review on draft translated pages, then I highly encourage to publish into language index pages. Current language index pages with document list are listed in https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/I18nTeam/List_of_Published_Translated_Docs . If some language index pages are missing translated document(s), please tell your language coordinators. I hope that language coordinators will update their language index pages or tell me to update accordingly. With many thanks, /Ian Ian Y. Choi wrote on 11/13/2016 12:01 PM:
