We just became a official team in Liberty, I guess some of you are not familiar with PTL elections process. Every official project must elect a PTL. PTLs are elected for 6 months. All ATC's have the right to vote for your favorite PTL for a cycle. Refer to this wiki page: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/PTL_Elections_September_2015
