Could somebody closely review today's horizon translation import, please? I'm surprised by the deletions but couldn't find an error with them either: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/303807/ Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Felix Imendörffer, Jane Smithard, Graham Norton, HRB 21284 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126
Thanks for raising this. stable/mitaka change https://review.openstack.org/303807 looks wrong and it seems the same happens. In the previous change in master branch https://review.openstack.org/303262, POT files had same removals. One thing to be noticed is a new version 2.3.1 of Babel was used to extract messages. I also knew a new version of django-babel was released recently. I wonder these releases affect this. I don't have enough time to investigate the problem until the summit. I hope someone can have time to dig into the details. Akihiro 2016-04-10 22:13 GMT+09:00 Andreas Jaeger <aj@suse.com>:

It seems that at least ungettext and pgettext strings are not extracted for translation anymore ;( I can confirm that going from babel 2.3.2 to 2.2.0 fixes the problem for me. Therefore, I just pinned us to this version in the infra scripts: https://review.openstack.org/303807 But this needs more investigation and probably a bug report to the Babel folks. Unfortunately I don't have time to dig further into this right now either ;( Anybody that can help, please? Andreas
