The transifex problem we had - see yesterday's IRC meeting - has been fixed for us finally. I've just setup new repos barbican, marconi, oslo.db and oslo.messaging and sent a patch for the usual infra jobs: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/98238/ IMHO, oslo.db and oslo.messaging could be translated.
