Please help us spread the word. We're trying to gather as much real-world deployment data as possible to share back with both the operator and developer communities. We have made it easier to complete, and the survey is* now available in 7 languages*—English, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese. Based on feedback from the operator community, we are only conducting one survey this year, collecting submissions until early August. The report will then be published in October prior to the Berlin Summit <https://www.openstack.org/summit/berlin-2018/> If you would like OpenStack user data in the meantime, check out the analytics dashboard <https://www.openstack.org/analytics>updates in real time, throughout the year. The information provided is confidential and will only be presented in aggregate unless you consent to make it public. The deadline to complete the survey and be part of the next report is *Friday, August 3 at 23:59 UTC.* * You can login and complete the OpenStack User Survey here: http://www.openstack.org/user-survey <http://www.openstack.org/user-survey> * If you’re interested in joining the OpenStack User Survey Working Group to help with the survey analysis, please complete this form: https://openstackfoundation.formstack.com/forms/user_survey_working_group <https://openstackfoundation.formstack.com/forms/user_survey_working_group> * Help us promote the User Survey: https://twitter.com/OpenStack/status/993589356312088577 <https://twitter.com/OpenStack/status/993589356312088577> Please let me know if you have any questions. Hello Amy, I was finally reviewing and correcting the German survey translation and was wondering how to report an issue with the source, or how to suggest a correction. In detail, I stumbled over "OpenStack users share their opinions and deployment choices to inform the roadmap" from the "survey_ui" file which makes no sense to me and I wouldn't finally know how to translate :-) How could I report this? -- Thanks, Robert On Friday, 11 May 2018, 04:31:43 CEST, Ian Y. Hello Robert, Maybe referring to the following source HTML URL would be helpful for you to better figure out the detail context on your translation activity? - https://github.com/OpenStackweb/openstack-org/blob/5abd58164b7b5255861475df7... If you would like to fix the original string, I think submitting a pull request to https://github.com/OpenStackweb/openstack-org should be a good idea, (unlike OpenStack upstream projects, the contribution on the repository is managed through GitHub pull requests) although there might be more discussion in user committee (maybe Product Working Group from my understanding). FYI: Launchpad URL is https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-org . With many thanks, /Ian Robert Simai wrote on 5/11/2018 9:36 PM:

Excellent pointer, thanks a lot! But nonetheless, I don't get the meaning of this so I wouldn't know how to correct it. But I opened an issue accordingly: https://github.com/OpenStackweb/openstack-org/issues/126
although there might be more discussion in user committee (maybe Product Working Group from my understanding).
FYI: Launchpad URL is https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-org .
All very helpful advise. Thanks so much. -- Regards, Robert
Robert, We've actually updated that text since then. Looking into why that appears in the translation files. I'll update here once I find out what's going on. Thanks, Jimmy Robert Simai wrote:
