[nova] new log warning, need string freeze exception
I've got an rc1 bug which adds a new warning message to the logs, it's not a user-facing error message change so I figure this is safe for string freeze - can someone confirm? https://review.openstack.org/#/c/123811/5/nova/virt/libvirt/driver.py -- Thanks, Matt Riedemann

IMHO: A new message is fine - and log messages have lower priority than normal messages for translation. thanks for asking, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger aj@{suse.com,opensuse.org} Twitter/Identica: jaegerandi SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn,Jennifer Guild,Felix Imendörffer,HRB16746 (AG Nürnberg) GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126
