The email was registered as 0x0bject@gmail.com, that is why you didnt get the email. Not sure why that happens, looks like encoding issue. I have activated you account manually. Hello Zhang, Just note that I18n mailing list limits the e-mail content less than about 40KB to save resources - this is why the following conversation is not visible to http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-i18n/2017-September/date.html although openstack-i18n@lists.openstack.org e-mail address is included.
