The current times are okay for me, at least for the European timezone
(as it's 9 AM here).
Although with them being during business hours we're closing ourselves
a bit from community contributions, as not everyone can attend (not
that I heard any complaints ;)

I have the slight impression that due to them being biweekly some
there's a long turnaround time on some issues. Maybe we should do some
more decisions/work on the mailing list or the bug tracker in
Launchpad? Or even use storyboard.openstack.org for that.
