installed the translation check site again. Unfortunately this was not
sucessful. We are in investigating and will be back soon.

we have now a second host with the same credentials online:

https://i18n2.external.otc.telekomcloud.com

This host is connected to the stable/pike branch. On the first one we try a fresh installation with some bug fixes on master. So you should use the second host for translation checks.
