I can't think of technical reasons this wouldn't work but we'll have to test of course.
With so many xi:include statements bringing in content from other places, it'll be a bit tough to debug. But first we'll need to see if the system works so might as well turn it on.

Do you think that there will be much left to translate? The training manuals seem to have a lot of glue text and schedule headers. There's only about three lines to translate in, say,
