Hello, all

Tomorrow is the third Thursday of July, and we will have our meeting at 0000 UTC in IRC.

In my mind, I have the following to discuss:
* Design of translators contribution scoring system
* Documents' categorization
* New time slot for the second IRC meeting every month
* Open discussion

This IRC meeting is especially for Asia/North/South America because of the friendly time slot.
Other topics are welcomed too.
