[Openstack-i18n] Request to join local Translation in thai language.

Dear Team My name is Sawangpong Muadphet from Thailand. I would like to join the Local Translation Teams for Thailand. I am contribute on Openstack promotion in Thailand for 2 yrs. I do training openstack also. But thai language is not in the openstack yet.
