Thanks for the update. Hinglish makes it easier to read Hindi since it's essentially Hindi words written in English. You are correct that it is not in ISO 639-1 standard. Thanks, Nitin Madhok

As far as I know, Hinglish is the combination of English + Hindi, similar all other countries that have their down "flavor" of english like "Manglish", "Singlish". All these is not officially a language but just a local culture adapting to the use of English with their local. As Kato mentioned, it is not in ISO 639-1 standard. We can translate into any language, but will not be supported in i18n tools as part of standard language.
