Can you run a sql command in the Zanata database? 
`select * from HCredentials` ?

Suspect it might possibly some error during migration from dev.

Yeah I guess I do have translations and what not attached to my account if it was migrated from dev environment. 
I am unable to create profile with "This username/email is already taken" errors. I've attached the error screen.

After login from Openstack OpenId, you mentioned you got redirected to profile creation page. Can you create your profile there?
What error message you've got? 

Can you please attach some print screen?
