The email was registered as 0x0bject@gmail.com, that is why you didnt get the email. Not sure why that happens, looks like encoding issue. I have activated you account manually. I can't see any account registered with zh.f@outlook.com. Have you created an account in https://openstackid.org/ accounts/user/profile?
Zanata uses openstack openid for registeration.
