Hello, team

We will have a 3.5 hours meetup in Tokyo on next Friday morning.
We would sit together in a room and have a face to face talk.

How do you want to spend a half day there ?
It's an open agenda.
But if we want to be effective, we could create an agenda and treat it as a round table,
just as what we did in Vancouver.

Here are two questions for people who are able to attend,
which will help me to organize a well agenda.

1. If you are a translator, do you want to have a close door meeting only open to translators ?
If we want, we could book the first 1.5 hours only for translators, and open the remained hours to all kinds of I18n contributors.

2. Do you have any suggestions to the agenda ?
I created an Etherpad page for you to input.
https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/tokyo-i18n-meetup

BTW, there are 3 i18n related meetings in Tokyo summit.
Here is a simple guidance:
If you want to discuss about tools/platforms, go to https://openstacksummitoctober2015tokyo.sched.org/event/e627c3d21c9e0a1c6093fa6ea2fb5b64#.VihU9Zc5ClI .
If you want to discuss about releases/plans, go to https://openstacksummitoctober2015tokyo.sched.org/event/d80220409579ba5d842ddef1b0214e7d#.VihU9pc5ClI
If you have other topics, go to the meetup on Friday morning.

Thank you.
Best regards
Ying Chun Guo (Daisy)
