According to Elizabeth's email [1], her aim is to have a
production ready translate.openstack.org ready at the latest for the
week of September 7th.
And my plan is to have Liberty translation on the new platform.

Now I'm working to moving the translators/translation teams from Transifex to Zanata.
I think I have talked about the translator team movement in this mailing list.[2]
Some of translators don't register this email, that's why I have to use Transifex
Forum to broadcast the information.
