These blueprints point to many patches, some of them are already merged. I think [1] is completely approved, isn't it?

Could you point out the exact patches that have string changes, please?

Looking at https://review.openstack.org/#/c/166078/, I do not see any translated string at all, so that patch is fine to go in,

Daisy, perhaps it's time to improve the StringFreeze page?
