Hi Seongsoo,
    Thanks for the update.  I'd be happy to help with the transition
from Zanata to Weblate.  Is it possible to arrange a time to chat
about it in #openstack-i18n or #openstack-tc.  We probably need to
accommodate Korea (You and Ian), Australia  (Me) and US (Brian, whom I
think is in the Central TZ?) time zones.  I'm thinking some time in
UTC 2300-0400 would work.
