Ian, right. Any other thought? I will decide tommorow, from comments. Thanks for many feedbacks. Kato
-----Original Message----- Hello,
I think today 13:00 UTC is for i18n IRC meeting, since the discussion on meeting time is not finalized yet. Am I understanding right?
And my votes are: - I am okay for all, but I want to choose (C) because French team (and also more Europe teams, maybe) will be happier :) - My choice is (X), because (Y) is incompatible with meeting time reservation.
With many thanks,
/Ian

We are discussing two topics once. How about discussing two separately to gather opinions more clearly?
- Meeting time candidate - Meeting frequency.
For the meeting time, candidates so far are: (A) 0600 & 1300 (B) 0200 & 1300 (C) 0800 & 1300 (proposed from French team)
For meeting frequency, options are: (X) every two week with alternate time this follows IRC meeting time reservation this means we may have three meetings in a month if the month has five weeks. (Y) week 1 and week 3 of a month this ignores IRC meeting time reservation; current one
---
Finally, my votes are: - meeting time : no preference for 02/06/08 UTC, 1300 is okay if biweekly-odd (if even, I cannot join due to meeting conflict) - meeting frequency : (X) (because the meeting is easily tracked by ical; Y cannot be tracked automatically so I must miss every meeting :p)
Thanks Akihiro

Hi team,
As Akihiro noticed, we have booking issue of IRC meeting channel. Taking this opportunity, I'm considering change the meeting time.
Which do you like? Or, another?
Option 1. bi-weekly meeting, with two time slots # Similar to current cycle Every four weeks on Thursday at 0600 UTC Every four weeks on Thursday at 1300 UTC
Option 2. bi-weekly meeting, with two time slots # Change to Americas friendly Every four weeks on Thursday at 0200 UTC Every four weeks on Thursday at 1300 UTC
Option 3. twice a month, with two time slots # Keep current cycle. Don't take cake the booking issue :) Week 1 of the month on Thursday at 0600 UTC Week 3 of the month on Thursday at 1300 UTC
