[Openstack-i18n] Regarding Adding Hindi Language to the icehouse Dashboard Translation release list

Hello All, I am translating OpenStack Dashboard for Hindi Language. Right now 662 strings are left in icehouse-horizon-dashboard. It will be get completed by 12:00 P.M. (IST). https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/horizon/language/hi/ it would be great if Hindi is released in Icehouse for Dashboard. Thanks, Chandan Kumar
