Except item #7 and #8, I think those steps are what we followed in Liberty release.

As to #7, are the synchronization jobs enabled between stable version and stable branch already?
I think the jobs were enabled during the step of #2.
Italian translation team is working with Horizon stable version, which will nearly 100% translated.
I plan to discuss with stable team in Tokyo summit.
