No, Zanata only updates to the branch you translated. You need to sync this yourself. And this should be done as preparation for mitaka.

but the target install-guide is for stable-liberty branch.
I am a little confused which branch in openstack/openstack-manuals would
be relevant for this case.
What do you think about this?

The www directory is only published from master, individual guides from the branch.

With my patch I took care of liberty publishing of the guide
