My OPPENID is https://openstackid.org/fan.zhang , and yes, I can see my profile via https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/profile. But when I want to login https://translate.openstack.org/ , the page always prompts the account not active. Then resending activeation email just don't work. Here is the screen snapshot:

I can't see any account registered with zh.f@outlook.com. 
Have you created an account in https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/profile?

Zanata uses openstack openid for registeration.
