[Openstack-i18n] Cancel the team meeting on January 2nd

Hello, Christmas and New Year holidays come. I'm going to cancel our team meeting on January 2nd. Based on our plan[1], now some translation teams should be busy with "Installation guide" translation. In our next meeting (January 16th), we will check the progress of "Installation guide" translation. @ Translation teams who has not created your own wiki page[2], please work out 1 page for your translation team.
