Hi, Frank:

  I'm tl chen, the coordinator of zh_CN team. I'm writing to you as you're admin of this Zanata project: contributor-guide.

I've translated doc "doc-organizations" to 98% in the project for two days, but haven't seen zh_CN version in this page yet:  https://docs.openstack.org/contributors/organizations/index.html

The strange thing is that you can see the Korean version, which is just reach 0.85% in Zanata. 

So, is there any configuration for these docs' i18n version? and how to make it works?
