Just updating about my question #2.
I was able to see the translations using FireFox.

It seems to be only Chrome which did not show the translations earlier but when I switched the language back to English, then changed it again to Japanese, Japanese translations are shown.

Also I noticed that when I change the language from Japanese to English, I noticed that the Loadbalancer tab remains showing Japanese translations.
