The Japanese operations-guide fails to build due to some XML errors that seems to be coming from the translated files
Could somebody check and fix the translations, please?

The error is
element "primary" not allowed here
so very likely there will be a mistake in a translation of an "indexterm"
It will look something like this, most likely with the indexterm tag missing or wrong
<indexterm class="singular"><primary>Icehouse</primary><secondary>upcoming release of</secondary></indexterm><indexterm class="singular"><primary>OpenStack community</primary><secondary>working with roadmaps</secondary><tertiary>release cycle</tertiary></indexterm>
Found this one:
<primary>Chef</primary></indexterm><indexterm class="singular"><primary>Puppet</primary></indexterm>
Maybe that could be it.
I updated this one to add in <indexterm class="singular"> before <primary>Chef</primary> - hopefully this was the only one, so far I could not find another.
