I've noticed that the "deploy-guide" is not located in the /doc/source folder of the repository. This suggests that there may currently be no direct support from the OpenStack Docs team (now under the TC) or the I18n SIG for this documentation. To align with the Project Team Integration (PTI) structure, I recommend discussing with the core team members of the repository about reorganizing the documentation accordingly. Your active sharing with the I18n SIG team regarding your translation plan (e.g., target language, priority on OpenStack project translation target, estimated schedule) will be greatly appreciated, since the SIG team is primarily focusing on Weblate migration, as @fungi mentioned.
