Hi everyone, Working on the Horizon translation in French, I came across these translatable strings and wondered if it makes sense to keep them translatable: * "Material": as in the name of the Horizon theme inspired by Google's Material Design. Anyone wants to have that translatable for their language? As the name of the theme, I'd keep it as is in French. * "10%", "75%": I think I have a first answer with https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percent_sign#Spacing - but are there more differences in some languages? Can we imagine a better way to handle this than having potentially dozens of "xx%" strings to translate? Adrien

Broken translations...

FYI, these currently fail: http://logs.openstack.org/periodic/ironic-ui-propose-translation-update/3ff… http://logs.openstack.org/periodic/sahara-dashboard-propose-translation-upd… Both cases mean a broken zh-CN translation. Can we tighten the zanata settings to avoid that people introduce such bugs? Or what can be done? However, now image-guide documentation is based on rst, and currently Chinese translation is about 4%, which implies that the rst image-guide build for Chinese is not included in current html generation jobs. Current status of important topics??

Hi all, Newton-2 is approaching. I would like to know the current status of important topics in Newton cycle. IIRC, we have several critical and important topics Kato-san listed. ## Translation check site We spent two cycles already, but it is not yet ready. We need to wait it one more cycle? ## Glossary management I would like to update Japanese glossary with our latest glossary but it is not easy to add several number of new entries to PO file manually. Is there any progress? If we don't plan any change soon, I will import Japanese glossary on Wiki into PO glossary by script (no manual edit). ## Release notes translation Are translated versions published somewhere? Unfortunately I cannot spend time for these efforts as I mentioned before. I hope you have good progress. Akihiro
