transifex allows new repo setup again...

The transifex problem we had - see yesterday's IRC meeting - has been fixed for us finally. I've just setup new repos barbican, marconi, oslo.db and oslo.messaging and sent a patch for the usual infra jobs: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/98238/ IMHO, oslo.db and oslo.messaging could be translated. New translated manuals: Chinese and Korean api-quick-starts

Congratulations to the Chinese and Korean translation teams: They have translated the api-quick-start guide and it's now available here: http://docs.openstack.org/zh_CN/api/quick-start/content/index.html http://docs.openstack.org/ko_KR/api/quick-start/content/index.html You can reach them also from the drafts manual page: http://docs.openstack.org/draft-i18n-manuals.html - but only after an update has been approved (https://review.openstack.org/104682 ). The guides are published whenever api-site changes. Another ending punctuation question

We have a couple of Horizon code reviews that are representing the same translatable string is 2 different ways. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/102897/ and https://review.openstack.org/#/c/88246/ in the horizon/templates/horizon/common/_resource_browser.html part It would be great to get i18n feedback on which way is easier to translate that segment.
