I'm not a core but would like to +1 the nomination from my experience having my patches reviewed by them, the attention to detail and care to avoid any breakages and issues is evident. I think it is also worth pointing out that Nicolas had been the Designate PTL in the past and is also well versed in the upstream ways through that role.
