Hello everyone: I would like to announce my candidacy for PTL of the Trove project for the 2024.2 cycle. For the Dalmatian cycle, i'd like to focus on the following: * review the coming patches * Add more tempest tests * Add CI tests for the latest datastore(mysql, mariadb, postgresql) version * improve docs thanks wu.chunyang
