Propose to add Takashi Kajinami as heat core reviewer
Hi all I want to suggest adding Takashi Kajinami <tkajinam@redhat.com> as heat core reviewer. Who help provide valid reviews and fixes for issues on heat. Will be great to have Takashi Kajinami join heat core reviewer team and help. *Rico Lin*
