[Kolla] Looking for a Support Provider
Hi All, We are a University in Sri Lanka, and we have a small Openstack (2023.1) deployment using Kayobe. The on-prem cloud is currently operational, but currently there is only one member who has the idea about the design, and implementation of hardware/OS/configuration/network setup. So the management is trying to find an additional entity who can support in an emergency, as well as to avoid being dependant on a single person. Are there any person/institute/person who can support our setup (not day to day activities) in case of service/hardware failure, preferably within Sri Lanka. the only commercial company that i specifically know of that provided commercial support for keobey and kolla-ansible is https://www.stackhpc.com/ they are based in the UK. but even if they are not directly able to help you long term they are very much involved in the upstream community and may be able to help with training or help you better understand the current deployment and how to build knowledge in your it team.
Thank you
