[tripleo][RDO] Tags for Yoga GA version in tripleo projects
Hi, As we are doing builds for RDO Yoga release, I'd like to know what we should include in yoga release. In Xena, tags were created with the commits for the most recent promotion at around GA and shipped rpm packages for them. Additionally, we pinned RDO Trunk Xena to those versions. Will we get similar tags for Yoga? Best regards, Alfredo

Hi Alfredo - I think it's a fair request and I guess by replying here I am also volunteering to do that ;) I can prepare a release just after PTG (that is usually about the time we would cut the new branch and make the release) is that OK for you? I am guessing you'll be blocking the release for this? Or possibly can you release without tripleo then release those afterwards if you don't want to block? Assuming slagle or anyone else doesn't have any objections to that of course regards, marios
Best regards,
Alfredo

Thanks Marios. I think after PTG is fine for us, we can wait for it. I'd prefer to do the RDO Yoga announcement when we have tripleo packages even if we push builds for other packages to the repositories before. Alfredo

FYI started the reviews there https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/puppet-tripleo/+/836617 & https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/releases/+/836638 I used the versions.csv from [1] which is the latest current-tripleo for centos9 master [2] (7c3595fcdce0ec20189de8d5b99dec16) [1] https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos9-master/current-tripleo/7c/35/7c3595fcdc...
