When a user is using Horizon, and they're examining the contents of their containers in Swift, what does the traffic flow look like?

I am unable to browse the contents of my Swift containers from Horizon. When I click on the contents of the container I get:

"Unable to get the objects in the container"

And when I click on the "Services" tab in Horizon, I get:

"Unable to get Nova services list" and

"Unable to get Cinder services list"
