[tripleo] py27 tests are being removed
Greetings, Just in case you didn't see or hear about it. TripleO is removing all the py27 tox tests [1]. See the bug for details why. We really need to get CentOS-8 jobs in place ASAP for ussuri and train, that will continue to be the upstream CI teams focus until it's done. You also have a job in Kolla - the only thing which blocks removal of py2 from project.
For clarification (because this has come up multiple times now), we're not officially removing py27 support yet. We're killing off the job because of incompatible versions being released and it sounds like there isn't a desire to cap it in master. Because we're still using centos7 for our CI, we still need to be able to run the actual code under python2 until we get centos8 jobs up.
