[manila] Yoga FFE request
Hi Team, I'd like to request a FFE for the following changes we have been working on for the Yoga cycle. They are all part of the effort to partially implement spec *Add spec for multiple subnet share servers* *[1]* in Manila.: 826928: Support multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/python-manilaclient/+/826928 826462: Container: Multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/826462 825155: NetApp ONTAP: Add support to multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/825155 826928: Support multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/python-manilaclient/+/826928 All changes were submitted in time and there has been significant progress in reviews until this point. Thanks for bringing attention to this. I've a question regarding the manila client patch below -- but I think you meant to link the server-side patch here: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/825110
826462: Container: Multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/826462
825155: NetApp ONTAP: Add support to multiple subnets per AZ https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/825155
+1 I am okay granting an FFE for the three patches above knowing that we've been reviewing these patches closely for the past few weeks, fixing any major issues. User feedback has been very welcome in designing and vetting the feature implementation, and I appreciate the efforts you have been putting into maintaining the regression testing and covering the new functionality with a good number of e2e tests. The impact of this FFE would mean lesser time for folks to report issues before our RC1 build (due March 10th 2022). So, let's try to keep that in mind.

We've made the final manilaclient release for the Yoga cycle: http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/release-announce/2022-February/012574.h... So this FFE here would affect the lib freeze; what are the disadvantages of waiting for the Z cycle for this one? Just a couple of weeks away - and users could always use newer clients with older servers.
All changes were submitted in time and there has been significant progress in reviews until this point.

Hi Goutham! sorry for the mistake. Yes, I meant the server-side patch https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/825110 but miscopied the link. Regarding the CLI patch, I'm ok with deferring it to the next release. I believe that there is no harm in waiting for Z since all functionalities will be available through APIs.
