[kolla] upgrade from 2023.1 to 2023.2
Folks, I am trying to upgrade kolla-ansible deployment from 2023.1 to 2023.2. During upgrade encounter this error TASK [service-ks-register : cinder | Granting user roles] ******************************************************************************* FAILED - RETRYING: [os-ctrl1]: cinder | Granting user roles (5 retries left). FAILED - RETRYING: [os-ctrl1]: cinder | Granting user roles (2 retries left). As per release notes [1] I have noticed it requires a service account but not sure what I have to add in config.
