Proposing Cédric Jeanneret (Tengu) for tripleo-core
I'm proposing we formally promote Cédric to full tripleo-core duties. He is already in the gerrit group with the understanding that his +2 is for validations. His experience and contributions have grown a lot since then, and I'd like to see that +2 expanded to all of TripleO.
If there are no objections, we'll consider the change official at the end of next week.
