[cinder] 2023.2 (Bobcat) R-6 virtual mid cycle on 23 Aug, 2023
Hello Argonauts,
As discussed in last week's cinder upstream meeting[1], we will be conducting our second mid cycle of 2023.2 Bobcat on 23rd August, 2023 (R-6 week). Following are the details:

As discussed in today's upstream meeting[1], we are planning to merge the midcycle-2 and festival of XS reviews events.
The idea is to target os-brick patches and feature reviews as those are the major upcoming deadlines. Apart from that, we will have our usual etherpad: https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/cinder-festival-of-reviews
