encountering repos metadata issue during overcloud deployment
Hi, I'm trying to deploy openstack (zed version) using tripleo method and encountering "error while loading metadata for repos: centos 8" issue during running overcloud deployment.
If there are any possible solutions this issue/bug, please care to share.

Hi,
not sure if it's targeting centos 8 or centos stream 8, the first is EOL since December 2021, centos stream 8 is EOL since June 1st [1]. Maybe you need to switch to stream 9? I'm not familiar with tripleo at all, though.

CentOS 8 Stream already reached its EOL. AFAIK it was already removed from the source mirror and is no longer available. You should use CentOS Stream 9 or other distributions like Rocky or Alma.
Also please be aware that the TripleO project has already been retired and is no longer maintained. I'd also suggest using a different deployment tool (like openstack-ansible, kolla or puppet-openstack, for example).
