Hi Neutrinos! As discussed in our weekly meeting today, I've proposed a change to move our meeting time one our earlier to 1300 UTC [0] to try and resolve some conflicts. The plan is to move it back to 1400 UTC when daylight savings time ends in the Fall. Since not everyone was at the meeting today, please vote in the review if it's an issue.
