Hello. I have been using Kolla Ansible for 3 years. It is easy to use if you have basic knowledge about Ansible and Docker. If not, you can learn then I will be a powerful tool for you to deploy, operate and maintain your cloud. You can customize your openstack service images fully via Kolla, put them to your registry and use it. DevStack, Kolla-Ansible, TripleO
Devstack is for testing rather than production use. Same for Packstack, whose purpose is PoC or learning. TripleO has been abandoned, I think, but it is (was) the open-source version of RedHat's OpenStack deployment and management process.

The Openstack User Survey https://www.openstack.org/analytics will give you an idea which deployment methods are popular. Click on “Deployment Decisions”.
